Drake Cost Controller can be applied to any type of activity in any business environment. It provides the necessary information to identify the most economic approach to secure short and medium term benefits. It is ineffective to embark upon time consuming detailed analysis of tasks and systems when more immediate benefits can be achieved by identifying the extent and reason for utilization losses, such as when staff are under employed.
