Considerably faster and easier to use than most traditional forms of assessment, Drake Picasso integrates multiple assessments and functions so the user could simply and flexible enter and access information.

Six respected and validated assessments have been seamlessly combined into one flexible, integrated assessment system. Whereas traditional executive and management assessment required professional supervision and three to four hours for the participant to complete, Drake Picasso can be completed on a computer within one and a half hours after an initial briefing session.

Similarly, there is no need for a psychologist to interpret each assessment separately and then spend hours preparing a combined report. Drake Picasso electronically produces multiple reports within seconds of the assessments being completed, and removes any subjectivity involved in the psychologist's interpretation.

Designed for consistent use within the day-to-day management activities, this system enables organizations to establish a consistent and effective structure for people management to enhance both individual and corporate productivity.

Career Planning and Development Reports provide feedback on strengths and weaknesses, development opportunities, and specific actions and activities that could be taken to further develop attributes and skills against gaps in ideal profiles.

Management Development - Recommendations are made specific to competency areas of weakness, and the system allows tracking of growth and change by outlining follow up programs and monitoring techniques.

Personnel Appraisal - Reports provide feedback to individuals on the strengths and weaknesses and realistically and professionally states underlying capabilities and tendencies.

Recruitment and Selection - The process creates a blueprint for a job role, and facilitates a matching process comparing individuals against the role blueprint within seconds. Electronic reports provide matching indications where gaps may exist, and create custom behavior description interviewing scripts that probe further into areas of question.

Team Building - Once individual profiles are entered into the system, a manager can bundle together "teams" or "departments" of people and accurately evaluate how different groups of people would work together. Strengths and weaknesses of groups of 2 to 5000+ can be evaluated.
